Total Grace Consulting, LLC is a professional and educational consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals, public health, and academic institutions on authentic engagement of People with Lived Experience, carrying an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

PLE hold the experience and knowledge of a system and carry the capacity to disclose barriers and injustices to people of color, former inmates, the homeless and the “left out” community members. Engaging and Co-designing with PLE and CHW's  allow organizations the ability to thrive equitably. Other services include but are not limited to, workshops, coaching certifications, and facilitation on implicit bias, relationship building, and faulty workplace relationships. 

Our thriving partnerships receive support and engagement tools and/or strategy equipping them to enhance community engagement. By becoming a voice to those deemed voiceless through inequities, and creating space for agency, injustices whether organizational, systemic, or individual are revealed.
