Total Grace Consulting, LLC is a professional and educational consulting firm that specializes in training institutions and organizations on authentic engagement of People with Lived Experience, including recognizing implicit bias, relationship building, and faulty workplace relationships.
Founded by Yolanda Roary, Total Grace Consulting, LLC creates and delivers products and services that include, but are not limited to seminars, workshops, curricula and nd Equity in the World), Rhode Island Department of Health, and NPWF (National Partnership for Women and Families), she continues to provide support and enhance community engagement by becoming a voice to those deemed voiceless by inequities. She takes pride in revealing injustices whether organizational, systemic, or individual. It is her continual goal to see communities thrive in equitable spaces. Through a lens of justice and equity, Yolanda delivers guidance and insight to organizations with initiatives to engage People with Lived Experience. Currently her work with WE in the World and NPWF has broadened as she addresses the black and indigenous community and the racial stigmas they are facing as a people. Her engagement techniques reveal the hidden struggle to organizational leaders, and provides them an abundant opportunity to serve all and eliminate the overbearing racial tensions faced in the world today. By facilitating PLE workshops, organizations and institutions grasp the benefit of including people with lived experience of inequities, along with black and indigenous people. PLE hold the experience and knowledge of systems and carry the capacity to share barriers and injustices to people of color, former inmates, the homeless and the “left out” community members. Engaging and Co-designing with PLE allows organizations to thrive equitably. Yolanda is the lead author of a PLE Implementation Guide titled; Engaging People with Lived Experience of Inequity: Relationship Building (2019). She is also the co-founder of the PLE Institute. Yolanda enjoys her organization-specific Gatekeeper Consulting, as she assist business leaders in mitigating barriers of faulty workplace relationships, implicit bias, and customer relations. Her work with inequities has broadened as she utilizes her certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid, and her partnership with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). She provides education to students, families and school staff in South Carolina by dispelling myths, and stigmas attached to mental illness.
She is a Certified Life Transformation Coach and Certified Symbis Facilitator/Coach for couples. As the founder of Grace Coaching Academy, She certifies individuals as Life Coaches, teaching, educating, and preparing them with the tools necessary to groom their clients for success in life. She enjoys giving help for today, hope for tomorrow, and strategy for organizations ready to embark their next level of growth. She believes that we are all responsible for sharing the grace that has been bestowed upon us.
