With over 20 years of experience in the medical field dedicated to community navigation, medical case management, and patient care, Yolanda found her passion to serve and educate others through facilitation, coaching and consulting. She is the lead author of a PLE Implementation Guide titled; Engaging People with Lived Experience of Inequity: Relationship Building (2019). Recently featured in The Purposed Woman Magazine, she is the best-selling author of Picking up the Pieces. She is also the co-founder of the PLE Institute. Her work with inequities has broadened as she utilizes her certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid, and her partnership with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). She provides education to students, families and school staff in South Carolina by dispelling myths, and stigmas attached to mental illness.
She is a Certified Female Life Transformation Coach and Symbis Certified \Relationship Facilitator. Her individual clients gain the confidence to navigate their life experience and transform out of stagnant places, while couples receive tools needed to thrive in a Godly marriage. She believes in beautifully empowering all who grace her presence. Life is not one size fits all, and neither are her coaching strategies. Yolanda considers her coaching style to be "universal" as she becomes a catalyst, reaching and crossing boundaries with her client. She enjoys giving help for today, hope for tomorrow, and strategy for organizations ready to embark their next level of growth. She believes that we are all responsible for sharing the grace that has been bestowed upon us.

Founded by Yolanda Roary, Total Grace Consulting, LLC is a professional and educational consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals, public health, and academic institutions on authentic engagement of People with Lived Experience, carrying an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. PLE hold the experience and knowledge of a system and carry the capacity to disclose barriers and injustices to people of color, former inmates, the homeless and the “left out” community members. Engaging and Co-designing with PLE allows organizations the ability to thrive equitably. Other services include but are not limited to, workshops, coaching certifications, and facilitation on implicit bias, relationship building, and faulty workplace relationships.
Our thriving partnerships receive support and engagement tools and/or strategy equipping them to enhance community engagement.
